Have now used this to clean house siding and it performed well ru-vid.comUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX I also bought some wand extensions which enabled higher washing without needing a ladder. I recommend both. This unit arrived quickly, was easy to assemble (only had to attach the handle), and arrived in perfect condition. The only very slight downgrade from a perfect score is the design has a low handle and requires pulling from the side. My old washer was an upright model, while this one is more horizontal. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It has a great deal of pressure and more easily cleaned the house siding, porch rails and concrete than did my older model. The engine is a bit louder, as well, but the total time to clean was reduced by the more powerful spray. Did I mention it starts on the first or second pull every time?!! I am definitely happy with this model.
After watching your video. I looked at the key with the flashlight and there was no hole. I cleaned the jet until I could see light. 😂. It worked perfectly. Thank you
I have the same exact pressure washer got it out of the shop yesterday new carb, new on off switch ,new rubber feet , various gaskets etc. Runs great going to use ethanol free true fuel moving forward. It about 10 years old bought at Costco. Great job great video!!! Thank you
Part number for the Honda engine shown in video is GCV190LA N5AP.. It's on a sticker on the back side of the engine.. The side facing you when you're standing behind the handle.. There's also a QR code on the sticker but it was too faded for my phone to recognize..
This looks like my exact model, but I haven’t died, I’m just disabled and all my tools have been sitting for years now, however I’m hopi g to get the. All up and running again, it will be a giant victory for me if I can pull this off thanks for the videos, oh and I cleaned the carb and I’m having difficulty putting everything back in the core t locations. Currently I’m struggling with reinstalling the linkage. HELP! Please.
Yeah I saw that method used in someone's video recently but didn't know about it when I worked on this pressure washer.. Good to know it works I'm sure I'll use it someday..
I believe anywhere between .006 to .010" is acceptable but I've never used a feeler gauge.. The recipe card I used in the video was an insert in a magazine and seems to work well..
Great video! I bought this model (new) several years ago. I use ethanol free fuel in all my law equipment & run out the fuel each fall. After oil change, partial fill of tank with fuel, I started my GC190 & ran it for 15 min, and it shut off & won't start back up. I cleaned sparkplug, put a little more fuel in tank, cleaned the vent holes in the fuel cap. It fires up with choke on, but won't remain running. Any ideas would be appreciated.
I would start with the carburetor.. Removal and cleaning.. This kinda backs that up based on your issue:www.ereplacementparts.com/repair-center/lawn-equipment/lawn-mower/only-runs-with-the-choke-on/#:~:text=An%20engine%20that%20will%20fire,flowing%20through%20the%20other%20passages.
I bought a brand new one with the gcv 170 engine, but it won't starts. Spark plug and carburetor looks good. When cord is pulled, I can see some smoke coming out of the metal vent hole. I don't know what else to do. Any idea? Please help
