‎Easy Homemade Healthy Granola Recipe ///
We got a delicious recipe for you to try!⠀
👉Homemade (Healthy Honey Nut) Granola!⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
⁣⁣⁣⠀⁣⠀⁠
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Rolled Oats
⅓ Cup Chopped Pecans
¼ Cup Pumpkins Seeds
¼ ground Flax Seeds
⅔ Cup Whole Roasted Almonds
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
¼ Cup Walnuts
1 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Grapeseed Oil)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
⅓ Cup Maple Syrup
2 Tablespoons Honey
¼ teaspoon Salt
Optional : Dried Fruit / Coconut Flakes
Steps:
1.Preheat the oven to 300º Line Baking sheet with Parchment Paper
2.Combined all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
3.In a separate bowl combine all your liquid ingredients, slowly stir in your granola covering evenly.
4.Lay granola on a baking sheet on the parchment paper, evenly spreading the granola.
5.Bake the Granola for 15 minutes. Evenly stir and mix on the baking sheet, baking for another 15-20 minutes.
6.Cook until golden brown.
7.Allow to cool before adding any dried fruits or chocolates.
This recipe makes up to 4 cups of Granola, stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks in a dry storage area.
The Serving size is ¼ cup: ⅓ cup depending on what you are serving with it.
This one is a fun one and perfect for any occasion. Its great for the start of your day as breakfast or even as a bridge to your dinner for a lunch substitute.😁😁😁⠀

you gotta wonder why the so called healthy granola from the health food stores have soooo much sugar in them. Unreal! Because of cancer, hubby tries to get as little sugar as possible into his body. I am doing a very similar granola with way less sugar in it. No maple syrup at all, only a little honey; I add water so everything gets a nice consistency, which will result in some really lovely crunchiness. Thank you ladies :)

Natural honey releases some toxins when heated. It happens also if we put it in a hot tea, milk or so. Warm is ok but no baking or cooking. Can you give us a substitute for it (e.g. organic date syrup, agava or rice syrup...? ​@@MeredithShirkandSvelteTraining

Looks like your recipe is showing the coconut oil twice and omitted the vanilla? Also, in the video that looked like a lot more liquid than the amount of liquid ingredients in the recipe? Did you make a bigger batch than the recipe called for?

You can add a little more honey and then let it sit in the fridge overnight to harden!

You can use mct oil. It is coconut oil in liquid form, it’s just that the solids have been removed.

There’s no rules when it comes to cooking, if something needs to be switched for allergic purposes or just simply you think would taste better then don’t hesitate to put your own flare in it. I’m just showing you what I believe is the tastiest and healthiest :)

You can have Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Sunflower Oil, or Grapeseed Oil☺

I know there are Canadian and Vermont maple syrup. Go to Walmart where the pancake and syrup aisle they have maple syrup here.

This is delicious although the second time I made it I noticed that your recipe is not quite right in the print form. You have coconut oil twice instead of vanilla, and there doesn’t taste as good without the vanilla. 😮

Hello Alex! Here's the recipe: 🙂❤️ INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups Rolled Oats ⅓ Cup Chopped Pecans ¼ Cup Pumpkins Seeds ¼ ground Flax Seeds ⅔ Cup Whole Roasted Almonds 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds ¼ Cup Walnuts 1 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil (Grapeseed Oil) 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract ⅓ Cup Maple Syrup 2 Tablespoons Honey ¼ teaspoon Salt Optional : Dried Fruit / Coconut Flakes Steps: 1. Preheat the oven to 300º Line Baking sheet with Parchment Paper 2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl 3. In a separate bowl, combine all your liquid ingredients. Slowly stir in your granola, covering it evenly. 4. Lay the granola on a baking sheet on the parchment paper, evenly spreading the granola. 5. Bake the granola for 15 minutes. Evenly stir and mix on the baking sheet, baking for another 15-20 minutes. 6. Cook until golden brown. 7. Allow it to cool before adding any dried fruits or chocolates.
