EASY KETO PANCAKES! How to Make Almond Flour Pancakes

Online recipe: lowcarblove.com/blog/keto-alm...
Servings: This is a full batch recipe and makes 8-10 pancakes. Of course, you can make silver dollar pancakes and will get a lot more.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 oz cream cheese
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla flavoring or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp sweetener
Choczero Maple Syrup (Discount code: LOWCARBLOVE) and butter to top!
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender, and blend for 30 seconds or until incorporated
Let the batter sit for 10 minutes!
Heat up saucepan or griddle
Pour batter and cook pancakes on one side until bubbles start to form
Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes
Serve with your favorite maple syrup and butter!

If anyone else is having trouble with their batter not thickening up, try using 3 eggs instead of 4. This made a big difference for me. Plus I add a little vinegar and baking soda for even thicker pancakes. This is my favorite keto pancake recipe. The CarbQuik pancakes are ok, but they tend to fall apart easily. Ok...so I gave you the benefit of the doubt because you have a child helping you make these pancakes.. now for my honest opinion... I’m on keto and have not had a recipe that I like so far probably because of the aftertaste. I tried your recipe because it didn’t have sweetener in it, which I’m not a fan of. I really like Splenda but because of keto I can’t have that. Anyhow, I made half the recipe and it came out looking exactly like your picture. This does NOT taste eggy, which is what I was expecting. Light and fluffy with a good cinnamon flavor. I ate 3 of the 5 pancakes and I’m practically licking my plate they were soooooo good. 2 left and they are calling my name... thanks for posting such a wonderful recipe 🥰❤️

I am soooo with you, I made the keto bread and gagged on it, threw it away, I do not like the almond floury taste, so I’m making these tomorrow, I hope they are good, I’ve lost weight and feel so good but I miss a now and then pancake .

@@tamrakds I have used Splenda the whole time I’ve been on low carb and lost 47 pounds. Didn’t affect my results at all and did not raise my sugar. I also put it in my tea which I drink every day. Have not had any issues with it on low carb.

If people are getting flat pancakes.. Mine weren’t getting fluffy, and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Then I checked my baking powder, and that was the problem!! I needed to buy fresher baking powder!!! Just a public service announcement haha

I have made this several times since I first watched your video. They are absolutely delicious. I can eat them plain, with no syrup for a snack and feel satisfied. I have frozen them in between parchment paper and then just put them in the toaster to heat up. Wonderful recipe. Delicious.

Ok, I am a pancake connoisseur. I started Keto about 18 months ago and have searched high and low for the right pancake recipe. Needless to say, I have tried them all. Everything from pre-made mixes to from scratch recipes. I am here to say... this one is legit! Low Carb Love, you have completed my longtime search! First, they really do get fluffy... if you follow the resting directions correctly. Second, the don’t break apart in the pan or skillet like every other mix/ recipe... they hold together like a real pancake. Finally, you don’t get that grainy almond flour texture ... for real... it was like I was eating a real pancake! Literally, I am so convinced by this recipe I am thinking of trying it on my non-keto family members... I bet they won’t be able to tell a difference! It’s that good! Thanks so much! You made this pancake loving keto guy very happy this morning!

Brilliant recipe, it really tastes like a real pancake! Although it was great, I decided to separate the egg whites and made whipped egg whites. I put all the other liquid ingredients in with the dry and finally folded in the egg whites.This gave me twice the volume and better control of batter. I still waited for 10 to 15 minutes before frying.
