We are back with our second free precut quilt pattern this week! Today we are using a layer cake, or 10" precut squares to make a quick and easy heart quilt.

This year, we are excited to share 4 different free quilt patterns that all use precuts. Precuts are fabric packs that come in a predetermined size and make it possible to easily get all of the fabrics in a collection. They also help minimize cutting and are great if you don't like cutting lots, can't cut lots, or simply need to save time.
This month our quilt features 10" squares. This is also known has a layer cake or other names, depending on the manufacturer. We'll use 42 squares of our print, and 21 squares of our white, or coordinating solid, to make our quilt. It will be approximately 54x66 1/2".
