Thank you for this information. I'm watching from the Houston area. My weight loss effort has been a miserable fail. I found you after I gave up. Now I want to try again. This is the first of your videos I've seen. I'm going to look for your beginning. Thanks for the encouragement.
As an athlete who has gone from 110 to 160 and now down 22 pounds trust me it was hard cuz I let go BUT honestly the key is consistency. You can always work ur way up like start slow with eating healthy 3 times out of the week three times a day and the rest whatever u want as long it’s not CRAZY much. And then 4 days and then 5 and then the whole week. But first start cutting down ur habits it could be chips, soda, or candy (the major ones). And again start with 3 healthy meals out of the week. And CARDIO IS KEY jump rope if u don’t afford the gym can be SUPERhelpful and start with 1000 the first day and add a thousand a day for 7 days and for the next week start with 1000 again if I make sense u can even look in RU-vid for the jump rope challenge. And the food that she described is PERFECT.
Also adding I went from the gym in and out cuz I wasn’t consistent after a year and basically ditched the working out but TRUST u have to be consistent with working out as long as u walk 30 minutes a day or even run 1 mile everyday you’ll see change. 4 miles a day will speed up the process but take it slowly but surely cuz if u jump into STRAIGHT a healthy lifestyle you’ll most likely fail. Again, slow the tempo don’t worry about anything as long as there’s movement involved.
Hey now hey watching from Fort Worth and I’m so glad I found your channel. Nice easy recipes to follow and I’m learning a lot to help me loose weight. Thank you for sharing!
I love love love the insulin tip ❤ I also learned that oatmeal, cereal, pancakes isn't the best thing to eat first thing in the morning bc it raises insulin.
I really enjoyed this ! I’m going to meal prep this tomorrow !!!! ❤ I just have to switch out the rice for quinoa other than that this is really amazing !!
Awesome advice I found the Chobani Complete at Costco and it has 20 grams of protein. I purchased them today great taste, I will try them from Sam’s next purchase.
I cook my salmon at 400 too but only for 23-25 mins. I’ve always used a thermometer to check the internal temperature and after a while I stopped checking it. Now I just time it and it’s just perfect.
Oowee thats alot! Lol...Id have to eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner lol...the meal and the fruit lol🤦🏾♀️... that'll still be ok right?
@@lifeisbeautiful9455 YES! salad spinner is a game changer! i recently bought one. $10 at Ralphs! I spin grapes, cherries, strawberries, chopped lettuce- it all lasts longer!
Thank you more than words can express. I’m watching from North Carolina. I watched this during work. I made a list, bought the food and bought some meal prep containers at Ross just to get me started. You encourage me and I’m motivated 😉
I made this last just enough for today and tomorrow..hopefully I will be able to enjoy it instead of wondering if my husband will eat it 😂😂. I made him a fruit bowl so maybe he won’t bother my food
I’m so happy I found your page because I’ve had no idea what to do or where to start for my weight loss journey! My biggest challenge has been what to eat. I plan on beginning this upcoming week and I’m going to use this as a meal prep. I’m excited!! 🤗
