@@SachKol yea man just do whatever works for you, these clowns just spread half ass knowledge everywhere while knowing no better. you can gain muscle on 1800 kcal while losing fat, the trick is to eat more protein and fats. Though it would be much better to eat at least 3k kcal if your primary focus is muscle building. And you're not cutting.

Appreciate the effort, but being a vegetarian weightlifter, I can guarantee no one can eat that paneer and soya chunks meal without carbs. Maybe one or two days you can, its a diet you shall start hating after that. In vegetarian diet, yes protein comes with lots of carbs, but 200gms protein is too much anyways for any lifter. 130-140g protein is easily gettable with 1 scoop protein and healthy clean and delicious meals. Here's a sample plan I follow: Meal 1: 50g oats, water/milk, half scoop protein, apple Meal 2: 200g Greek yoghurt, 10 almonds Meal 3: Any of 60g raw dal/rajma/chana with 200g rice Meal 4: 0.5-1 scoop whey protein Meal 5: 250g low fat paneer / 50g soya chunks, with either 4 rotis or 250g rice. Feel free to add salad and veggies to whichever meals you want. This amounts to 120-140g protein and targets 2200 calories approx.

yup bro I also have that thought how can I take paneer and soya chilli without rice/roti and also 200 grams of protein is too much for even a intermediate lifter here's my diet plan pre-workout : coffee and creatine post-workout : banana, whey one scoop pre-lunch : sattu lunch : rice, veggies, soya chunks Eve snac : dry roasted peanuts and poha dinner : rice, veggies, soya chunks and eggs

Bro in vegetarian take 150 gram protein is not issue 150 protein with low carb and low budget is the issue, diet to kahi par bhi milegi lekin - high protein, medium fat , low carb, vegetarian low budget me nahi milegi that is the problem

In meal 1: there still some essential amino acids missing. which means no protein in it. Missing/limiting amino acids are: Methionine+ Cystine, Threonine, Tryptophan.

Jaise humne skimmed milk lia 300 ml ab agr usko mein aise hi drink kru toh 300 ml pia uss hisab se calories lgaunga and macros but agr manlo usko boil krunga toh obviously uski quantity kam hogi and let say after boiling it comes to 250 ml toh ab jab mein isse piyunga toh calories kiss hisab se lgau? 300 ML ya 250ML Plz reply

It is good to eat paneer every day, provided the intake is moderate. However, people who do a lot of weight training at the gym need a lot of energy and the right amount of protein. So, an approximate 100gm of paneer per day won't hurt, provided you have an active lifestyle.

This works if you are in cold countries and below 24 age. In India you must eat rice or roti to be healthy. Your meal lacks roughage and fiber for good digestion. To make poop you need these things. By rice and roti i mean some form of grains, millets are better than wheat. Have them.
