I’ve just made another batch of this gorgeous milk toffee, I made it to the exact spec last time and it turned out perfectly. This time I’ve made double quantities and used chopped pecans instead. I’m waiting for it to cool at the moment but I’m looking forward to trying it. I also made a batch of the chocolate fudge and threw in chopped up shortbread biscuits and that turned out Devine… my daughter loves them.

If extra full fat milk is added and it remains in liquid condition, it can easily be chilled and served as a kheer/payasam. Thank you so much for this recipe as I will be making this on Christmas eve!
