HI SWEETIE......Ricotta cheese makes everything takes richer more yummier.this is so so good. I had to go and make 2 of them.....I'm in the process of making a strawberry topping with sweetened and condensed milk one can of that to one basket of strawberries cut and sliced with a blender on low mix the 2 together. I'll let ya know how it goes as always your my hero and mentor a fan and subscriber for life.

Yes! You can replace the 1/2 cup almond flour with 1/4 cup regular flour and omit the almonds on top. You can also replace them with different nuts. Enjoy1
Hi tatyana … i made the cake test really good . but i feel it’s over cooked one hour and 15 minutes it’s crunchy little bit from out side and turned dark
Hi! I'm glad you were still able to enjoy it! Every oven bakes a little differently. I recommend checking the doneness of the cake by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, it's ready to be taken out. Sometimes the cake needs less time than I have listed.

I love this ricotta cake batter! I make a blueberry lemon version, too in my cake cookbook! I think the honey should work well, too. The cake might be a little dark. It would great for splitting in half and adding a filling. It's very delicate and fluffy. Enjoy!

I will definitely have enough left over to surprise them with a cake as well. I won't use Honey for that one. @@TatyanasEverydayFood Hi again, After a quick Google Search I was able to find 2 stores that sell the cheese you recommend, Grano Padano. One in Harrisburg and one in Lancaster, time for a roadtrip. I read the description of the cheese and it does sound great for soups. I have never heard of it B4 your suggestion, Grazie Mille Mio Amica, 🌷🌷🌷
