Nice one. I make mine without egg, from an old bahamian cookbook with yellow cover. I just slightly bind it and do not knead so the gluten does not develop.

Hey Linda, I baked it at 350 degrees for about 18 to 20 minute. Yours might take less or more time because every oven bakes differently. Happy baking and God bless you!

Do you have a recipe for a Bahamian white yeast loaf? I have an aunt who makes it when I'm there and we call it her "Johnny bread". It is SO good, but I can't find a recipe for it.
