How much flour, sugar and cinnamon for each the Batter, filling and topping?

I was looking forward to this recipe because it looked so delicious. But the recipe is not clear. You don't specify how much flour for each step. The directions and recipe are not clear. Could you please post how much of the ingredient per step. Flour for Topping, flour for cake and the other ingredients as well.

Which are the ingredients and ammount for the topping???????

This is pretty much the same recipe as Little Spoon Farm. The only difference is here they use yogurt vs sour cream in the original recipe lol
