Home Hero Handyman here just doing my homework. This is the 3rd video I have seen tonight. You have zero comments so I felt obligated to do so. First of all THANK YOU!!!! For being thorough. Explaining till the end. Everyone else has done the undermount sink install only with the silicone but not the clips. I feel like the clips are very important especially since the first install eventually failed. You also gave links which makes you a 1 stop shop for DIY people and installers. Just want to say great video. I can tell that you provide quality work that might come with a price however it's worth the guarantee. I hope that your clientele understands your workmanship and attentionto detail. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for this video. My sink was held up with epoxy and thin pieces of wood that have failed after 15 years. I was looking into anchors and clips but don't want to risk cracking the granite. Great detail in your video! And thanks for the links. I bought the clips, epoxy and the 3rd hand. Thanks again.
I just subscribed and liked. I just had this same problem. And everyone is tell me I have to buy a new granite countertop and new sink. I can’t find anyone willing to repair this. I would love for you to come fix our sink. Im loosing my mind not having a functioning kitchen with kids. Help😮
Trust me, adhesives and epoxies WILL eventually "let go" and your sink WILL fall; my sink was put up this way many years ago, 10-12, and wanna guess why i'm looking at this video? It did hold for a good number of years, but we all know when everything fails lol. Have read and appreciate many good ideas online and will be using a couple; ill be using the fuze-it to put the blocks back up and will then measure and cut boards to screw up under the sink horizontally from end to end, using L brackets on the ends of the boards and screwing them boards under the blocks to "secure" the blocks in place; this way, I have the best of two ideas and doubt my sink will ever fall again...when I'm "least ready for it to fall" lol. Then ill use the 100% silicone to seal the gaps on the topside where the sink and counter meet.
Are you telling me you use these brackets to hold your sink up and they failed? I don’t know what would cause them to fail if they’re screwed into the side of the cabinet unless you’re filling your sink full of water and jumping up and down in it
@@BobsHomeServicesLLC It's been years i know but heat, my sink is next to the dishwasher and the heat from it caused the clips to fail on that side. Built a solid coated mdf frame to replace.
