It’s not my original idea. I don’t know if it belongs to anyone in particular. Wouldn’t think so. 🙂 There are quite a few videos on different channels showing this technique. I’m just another one. But I agree ….. it’s a gooder! 🥰❤️🥰
wow!!! what a great way to remove waste yarn, I did the exact same thing on my Sentro48 I counted the stitches when folded in half it was the 24th stitch and started picking it up..lol
I understand the concept of waste yarn. However, I do not understand the secure method. That is supposed to be hat right? If you slip stitch the ends together the hole will be shut. How do you get it on your head? This is what confuses me about waste yarn.
This is not a hat. It’s Just a tutorial showing how to remove waste yarn. I do not use waste yarn when I make a beanie. I use it when I want to make a flat edge on the end of a tube.
@@koalaknitsandknacksaddicrochet Oh ok. I thought that it was a beanie because of the closed top. I'm sorry. I have seen other tutorials where they use waste yarn for beanies and they secure it the same why. I was just confused by how it worked.
