This 25 minute workout is my way to thank you for subscribing to my channel. I hope these exercises help you feel a little bit better today.
I know 1k isn't very much compared to some other channels but we all start somewhere. And just like tackling chronic hip pain, we should celebrate the small wins during our journey.

It is the only channel and person who knows what is talking about without biases and absurd statements. It's 1000, but it should be 100000 subscribers. Keep up the excellent work.

Hey! Maks I’m 51 was very active jogged and still do BJJ and coach youth soccer and 6 months ago just started getting out of the car like the evolution of man graphic! It would take ten steps before everything loosened up enough to stand upright. It was lower back and hip stiffness. Physio noted limited internal rotation Left hip and pain. MRI revealed left hip arthritis. Labral tear small joint effusion and focal chondral loss. Anterior superior portion of acetabula. Said I need a hip replacement. My left glute I can’t activate as well as right it’s definitely smaller. I get groin pain and always have outside of hip pain that extends down my leg to the knee when I internally rotate the leg in a ninety degree knee bend as you are doing halfway through the video. When I push leg towards the midline. Seems like IT band too. I’ve been doing everything you discuss focusing on the hip. I’ve extended this to the glute as I realise this weakness is a problem. Listening to you I’ve zoomed out and realise that a sprain limited my Dorsi flexion in the left ankle and there’s a numb patch on the front of left quad. Am I f£&ked? 🤣 I will be starting this workout. I’ve subbed so will be watching regularly. I suspect your approach is what I’ve been missing. 👏🤛

Hi is this likely to help with hip impingement? I find that my hip can be ok then I try some exercise like running or just body weight squat jumps and the pain comes back ?
