I’m only 26 but I can’t sleep from my sudden low back pain. It’s recurring and I’ve had enough! You guys have helped me understand, in the middle of the night when I can’t get live help, that I have tight hip flexors - and I already feel SO much better from stretching!!! You are life savers!!!!!

Thank you for doing these videos. I watch them whenever I have a problem with one part or my body or another and they are so helpful. Especially this one. I have had chronic back and hip pain for months and months. One good session of all these stretches and I am almost as good as new. Now I understand why this is happening too. Thank you so much.

I’m a professional martial artist, splits, high kicks done it all my life... ur videos have literally saved my martial arts training... can still do my full splits in my you tube videos. Had knee pain now it’s gone. Starting to have lower back pain so I’m back... but I’m confident y’all will help again...

literally took five minuets of quad stretching and i feel a world of differences. Somehow after years of good stretching and and exercise I got lazy and forgot to stretch my quads and on top of doing a lot of sitting they just became super tight and short. I always thought that it was a lower back issue and spent weeks researching even getting misdiagnosed by another physicals therapist. (prlly no fault of theirs i had convinced them it was a back issue). Yall are a cut above the rest and I am extremely grateful. Keep up the great work! Your passion is shown through their fruits.

Thank you! I’m bent over when I try to walk, and it’s gotten worse over the last 3 years. A doctor took MRIs, sent me to a rheumatologist (although my markers for autoimmune disease are fairly low), took labs, got a second MRI, scheduled for neurosurgeon followed by orthopedic surgeon. So, after seeing your video the first time, I went to a physical therapist. She said immediately that it was my hip flexors. I can’t get on the floor, so that may eliminate some of these moves, but I am looking forward to standing straight again. I had become very sedentary for a few years after some trauma. I literally am bent over and am using a quad cane to go very short distances. I was having EXTREME lower back pain when I walked and worse when I stood still. Now I feel hopeful.

I can't get down on the floor or on my knees either. Try standing at a counter with 1 leg behind you, front leg bent. Lean into your hips and it stretches the front muscle nicely.

Try getting a massage look for a spa with good reviews and have them do your upper back and legs. They can do sections at a time. Being bent isn't good because your not getting blood flow. Hope you feel better and don't give up.

@@josiecamilo7098 well, I think he was saying whether or not you should get a massage depends on muscle tone level, and then it would be a masseuse trying to get to the psoas muscles behind some organs. Many won’t even attempt that. I am not getting blood flow from where to where?

Im a runner and I started having pain in my lower back and after going to the trainer at my school and the chiropractor they weren’t really able to tell me anything. I then went to a physical therapist and he told me that it was my hip flexors and they were so tight. (I’m 18 and could hardly get out of bed at one point and even walking was painful. I couldn’t compete in my last cross country race and nothing I was doing seemed to be helping) After knowing what the problem was I was able to fix it and it turns out all I needed to do was open up my hip flexors and this video is so helpful for me.

This video helped me!mine is about the same tightness as Brad after I tested both I got a loud crack. I've tried exercise of putting one leg on bed or whatever and wasn't doing right. And OMG when I did the exercise where Bob put his leg on a pillow .I reached back to grab my leg and was surprised at how I could barely do it. I try it while fully laying and that barely did anything Thank you again you guys are great

I have severe nerve damage in my back hips and legs. I have sciatica pain neuropathy several knots of just inflammation throughout my lower back and right hip and leg. My back will actually lock up on the right side completely. So bad to the point that I cannot move or even breathe without excruciating pain! Literally just breathing causes me so much pain that I scream! Which just happened again this morning. While searching for a video that might help me do a stretch to unlock my back I found this one and I'm shocked at the ease I have in my back now. It is actually eased the pain and I can breathe

thanks guys. I've been having problems with my hip flexors causing spasms in my quad and my hamstring. I also have a bit of bursitis. Yoga usually helps but lately it's especially inflamed.

I've been having insane back spasm, soreness and pain when I bend forward or certain ways. I've been trying a bunch of stuff you guys teach, but that pelvic bridge saved my life. I thought I was seriously going to be like this forever. When I first did the bridge, It was kind of difficult to do at first, I felt stiff, which I didn't expect, then I heard a pop as I began, then I heard another pop when I went into extension. As soon as I got up the pain was gone. I was able to work pain free. I've been doing the bridges like 2-3 times a day now and can actually start stretching. Pretty amazing stuff.

I started swimming recently, supposedly best exercise with no stress on joints. Leave it to me to mess it up. I have been using fins from a snorkeling trip while doing laps; love the feeling going super fast. Then..the pain right side. But was it hips, back, quads. Been setting a timer for 50 minutes and been pulling up your videos on different areas of pain. Well, this one seemed to work! Or maybe doing a little of all of them,🤷 But I feel better, thanks!

I really appreciate you guys. I watch your show and every time you stretch I experience projective empathy pains and say, “ Aaaah! Oooh! Ouch! “ I have been riding my bike a lot lately, riding it fun exercise, but need, need, need to stretch before! Thanks so much for offering free help in easing the pain and suffering of others. I truly hope you get along with each other so well aside from business. Good friends are hard to find and some times hard to keep. You have to bend a little sometimes. 🙌

I enjoyed your video. I have a lot of back and shoulder pain due to several auto accidents. Now in my late sixties I also have degenerated cartilege in both knees and its hard to kneel to do the stretches you demonstrated. Do you have stretch exercises that would be less stressful or painful on the knees?

Another great video! If you could make a video on exercising with back pain that would be super helpful. I have spinal stenosis and I find that anytime I get serious about exercise I end up with intense back pain about a month into it. What could I possibly doing in the gym that’s causing me more pain? What kind of precautions someone with back condition such as stenosis should take when exercising?
