Yes eggs are great, but a few things i want to clarify. There is two types of vitamin K: Vitamine K1 helps blood to coagulate and heal wounds, easily found in veggies like cabbages and spinachs Vitamin K2 regulates calcium metabolism and is best paired with vitamin D. Indeed egg yolk is one of the best source of K2, that's absolutely true ! But 100g of egg yolk only contain around 35µg, and you need at least double that amount daily. That's basically 10 eggs ! K2 is very hard to find in food, unless you often eat things like liver or decent amount of raw milk cheese like Edam, Gouda, Camembert things like that If not, supplements could be a good idea for most people.

watch out though as eating eggs too often or daily for men increases risk of prostate cancer by a LOT.
