Cholesterol foods I need to work on. I eat walnuts and cashues, 3 each in my daily spinach salad plus seeds. Finally found real 0live oil and am happy. Once weekly I eat sardines or herring in wine sauce. Legumes have not incorporated in my meal plan yet. Now nearing the end of my third month of mediterrean diet. Will weigh in August third. Need to listen to this video few more times to get it all straight in my mind. Thank you for helping me. Keep those videos coming.

I was just reviewing some of my old test, looking at cholesterol test which are high But I looked up my Troponin, not sure what it is, but that has always been in the normal Range I think it said 0.3 so maybe I have a chance😊

I think that unless you're making sidedishes out of ginger roots like we do with potatoes, adding some ginger in spice amounts to some of your dishes isn't even worth considering...
Why are you upset with 6.2? In my opinion it is a step in the right direction? As long as it is not increasing. I love Indian and Caribbean type Curry over Chinese curry, They have a different flavor maybe even has more Turmeric. (Just my opinion .). Turmeric is a healthy spice, so I think Curry is good, just do not over do it on the Rice, Naan ,Roti or Potatoes. Annie

My biggest problem is I have a hard time going to the restroom. Since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes my gut has not been the same. What can I do? I might go only 3-4 times a month. This makes me moody and uncomfortable.
SugarMD, I am about to start a one week water fast with some electrolytes and then s start with fruit for breakfast and either a large salad or steamed broccoli / cauliflower or cabbage for dinner and see how far I can take that. I have the FreeStyle libre on my arm. I will give that a shot first but I also want to join your $500 plan before the 15th of August

Last year I started suffering from DRY EYES, and went to a Specialist who performed various test. My treatment was to start taking Omega 3, drink extra water and prescribed eyedrops. Coincidentally My Trans fat was also high at this period in time , but I think by taking the Omega 3 vitamins it helped my Trans Fat and cholesterol to drop to a safer level without any cholesterol medications.
