Right in your face honesty gotta respect that!! " I don't count, measure, follow any sort of diet even though I'm sure it would help me", " I see allot of benefit of doing it, even doing it for short term I can see it being helpful but I don't I eat what, when, and how I want" I like how you both do so much as a couple, train, eat and what have you!! Different levels and way of how you go about it, but still doing it together!! Truly admirable!!! Great Video!

Hey great job Pat! Your appetite sounds like mine. I love cooking but get bored of eating when I know I should be eating more. I'm 62 so my stomach is a bit more sensitive then it used to be. I can get a sick stomach fairly easy. I listen to my body, and it tells me EAT!! Other then that I'm like you. I get busy and put it off.

I eat two breakfasts. A light carb meal before I run and then a 4:1 carb:protein meal for recovery.

I heard you say you do cardio workout in the morning between the split breakfast but did you mention when you do your wod? I might have missed it. Also, thanks for sharing!

I didn't, I am able to be pretty consistent with morning cardio but the timeframe I get to workout varies from day to day.

for the most part I avoid soy, and as far as I am aware our vitamins are soy free!

Probably a stupid question but after you take the oatmeal and protein out of the microwave do you add water also in addition to the peanut butter? Not an oatmeal kind of guy but always wanted to try it. Thanks you sir! Keep up the amazing work!
