@@neocloudmarts9613 No, Olympic lifts are too technical and specifics. On my book "Against gravity" you can find the lifts which are more useful for gymnastics/calisthenics training!!! Generally speaking i think military press, squat with high intensity and low volume, weighted dips and pull ups are more useful than Olympic lifts.
I love these this like a exercise and a strength test little update I can almost hold 20 kg both planche and Maltese Im reaching the full planche territory and for victorian 15kg.
