This thing's got a lot of features! Lot of thought must have been put into designing this thing.

Looking at purchasing this, with the mopping can it go from one room across carpet to the next room that needs mopping on its own?

It's without any doubt, the best cleaning robot with a lot of specs and options and I have an expensive irobot e5 that doesn't do more than half of what T8 aivi does. Don't think to much, buy it.

Hi, my robot's water tank is attached to the robot and set to mop the floor. After finished mopping, the robot auto returns to the docking station but it doesn't sit permanently the station, instead it keeps going back and forth. Can you explain why this happens? Thank you

You have Mapping issues after time usages? Ie once i closed my bedroom door. Now it won't go to my bedroom again until I reset the map.

i have an older model ozmo 930 2 things that i am looking forward to see if they fix #1 wifi mine use older standard i want to see support for new wifi standard n ac #2 the belt that moves the laser breaks or go.bad cant find parts LDS error means its not turning any infor.about this?

These things are so underrated because of the cheap versions without the lidar that just bounce around the house. I have the original Xiaomi Roborock for almost 3 years now and it's my most used gadget that I have ever bought. Just a tip for anyone with thick carpets you need to take a scissor and cut the main brush a tiny bit (1mm is enough) otherwise it will stall often is my experience.

Have you tried using floor cleaning chemicals in the water tank? Maybe a 70-30 water - floor cleaner

For those interested, the T8 is a better deal all around. Instead of a camera with AI, it has some sort of front facing matrix lidar (and the usual turret omnidirectional lidar on top) that does a way better job at detecting and avoiding objects. It has been flawless for the two weeks I had it, it hasn't swallowed a single toddler toy, sock, cable or shoelace. All that while being significantly cheaper. The only downside is not being able to use it as a drone camera (the upside is less privacy concerns). The T8+ even comes with the self-emptying base and the pro-mopping attachment (which are both purchased separately with the T8 AIVI). The self-emptying base in particular is a game changer. Not having to check on the robot for weeks at a time is amazing. I would recommend everyone looking for a high end robot to automatically discard any without a self emptying station. If you have long haired pets, you have to schedule to clean half the house, then empty itself, and clean the second half. If the big gets too full hair can for clots and not get emptied properly.

I have a heap of trouble with App in dividing up the house floor. I get about 4 areas divided and then no matter how hard I try can't divide Any more. When trying to sub divide an area keep getting the message saying Please divide only the selected area.

I bought Osmo T8 avi 1,5 year ago. During this time I've made 3 notices of defect. 3 times becouse of the same reason. Laser sensor is dirty and robot is stuck. It occures that some pcs of this model has to be clean by service technician. It means that I will need to order and pay for cleaning of my robot during his all lifetime. The company is aware that they created a robot that the customer cant use and clean on himself. They didn't inform about it before purchase. They don't want to change my piece toa one that wont need a service cleaning. I wouldnt have bought IT knowing that.

Was planning to buy this until I realized this was Chinese made (which is a security risk with their apps and camera products), and also apparently the company has very poor customer service according to amazon reviews.

I bought this robot partly because of videos like this. I regret it so much. The robot is the dumbest thing ever, gets caught up on everything and loses the map all the time. Then you can’t target a specific area to clean because it can’t recover the map. It’s the worst piece of equipment I’ve ever bought in my life.

Worst robot that I have ever used and there is no international product support as a waranty. Even light after 3 months of light usage, you will have DToF laser malfunctioning error and there is no support for this. This is my regret to pay good amount of money while I had a lot of options i had this price range. I dont recommend at all

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Anti drop sensors keep this unit from doing its job. You will have to reset anti drop sensors 15 to 20 times in a week. You must be supervising this unit all the time, otherwise it will not do the job as anti drop sensors needs a lot of attention. There is no DISABLE OPTION feature in the app to disable the ANTI DROP sensors, and many people have been complaining about that issue since 2019. So far NO UPDATES on the app. Another issue, the robot reset maps 2 to 4 times in a month, which is a headache.

Those things just dont have any sucking power. Useless

i own this robot. The port to auto-evacute the dust inside the bin is too small. Therefore, be prepared to empty the dustbin yourself EVERY TIME. Other then that, it works good. FAIL FAIL FAIL🤮😡

I do NOT recommand these DEEBOT machines.. I've had one for a year now (920 something I believe).. And this robot keep loosing the map, and then you have to carry it back to restore the map, and sometimes this fails, and then it have to make a new map, which means you have to remove EVERYTHING from the floor, so it can make a clean map... NO reviews talk about this, because they only do a few test runs.. But in real life, this robot is extremely annoying to work with... Thumbs down from me!
