When this show ended along with camp lazlo, Grim, and Foster Home it was a immediate sign that the golden age cartoon era was coming to an end.

This is WAY better than most live action adaptations.

I don't care if this is a no-budget film: This was a perfect live action take on Ed, Edd 'N Eddy.

Ed's dopey "durr-hurr" giggling and his signature run with his hands in the air is perfection. How is his character here even more endearing than the cartoon OG? He just seems like he deserves a hug.

eddy killed it with the voice, after the first scene i almost couldn't tell the difference and ed had to have the most fun. you could tell he was really into being eds character. (also was my favorite character) DD did exactly what he'd do in the show too. mad props

*UPDATE* To All Fans: We thank you very much for the support, we had so much fun working on this. We got many requests for a sequel to this, but I'm sorry to say this: There will be no sequel. Right now we are extremely busy with life and college, My twin brother, Steve (Ed), is in the navy and won't be back home to film the sequel. That's the bad news, the good news is that we are working on another fan film based on another cartoon!! We will start filming in May! We can't wait to start filming, we got the script, costumes, cast, everything! I can't give away the title. Take a guess... The announcement video will be coming soon!!! -Ryan :)

Eddy needs to win an Oscar

Over a half decade and 2 million views later, I decided to write a look back on this video I was a part of. First and foremost to be honest, yes it was cringey but to an extent imo. Reasons being was because us 3 (myself, Ryan (Double D) and Preston (Eddy) ) just graduated high school and we wanted to do something memorable mixed with nostalgia from our childhoods before we stepped into our own adult lives (college, jobs, military careers and so on). We had a small budget and we didn't expect to pull it off but the 2 million views proved wrong. The thousands upon thousands of comments was voices of praise, criticism, hate and its anyone's opinions that tended to bother us at first but later on down the roads of life it doesn't matter due to the distractions with our personal lives. It was an overall fun but exhausting experience plus the numerous amounts of continuity (my hair length in different scenes and shots) present. On the other hand myself speaking, I'm still going strong with my career in the military and nearly finishing college for advantages in my career (Officer comissioning) and living life to the fullest extent. In my honest opinion, I kept my mouth shut about this video during my career because I didn't want people to know and let them find this video out of searching on RU-vid and enjoy regardless at how cringey it was. One last thing I want to say to my brothers Preston and Ryan, to the other cast members and crew, thank you for all of your work and time and thank you to the viewers getting this video over 2 million views. I get a surreal feeling of how it literally feels like it hasn’t even been 6 years already since this was first uploaded and since I first watched this, at the most it feels like only 2 years have passed since I’ve seen this video, but the years just go by in a flash, and it’s awesome to see it’s got 2 million views, well deserved, they probably just made this expecting at least a few thousand views, but because you can tell that they genuinely put effort into this, with nailing the personality of the characters, and the voices of the characters, and they honestly just nailed the feel of Ed Edd N Eddy, this legitimately feels like it could’ve been an episode, I mean some parts do kinda drag on for a bit too long, but regardless this video has aged perfectly, it gives off the vibes of the earlier RU-vids, back when people weren’t really getting paid to upload videos, and were making videos as a hobby and for the fun of it, that’s something I feel the current RU-vid lacks, but I digress.. I hope everybody who was featured in this video is doing well.

My one and only complain was Rolfs lines. You gotta be sure to add "you dare anger the son of a shepherd?!" 😂

Little things arent worth a dislike, you all played the characters to the point. Plank was still the best character and May k. Is cute AF even with the obvious wig. Great job overall, stay awesome.

this is incredible. it feels like im listening to the actual cartoon. i want to thank the crew for this amazing experience. the main cast blew me away, especially ed. of the supporting characters (which were amazing ) i think sarah stood out with how accurate she is. the story itself feels genuine, if at times a bit strange ( eddys confession ) overall, even ignoring that this was purely fan made, it is one of the best live action adaptations ive ever seen. great job to everyone involved!
