Hi beautiful soul! I know it is difficult to eat sometimes but remember that your body needs it to function correctly! You are way stronger than bad thoughts and you can definitely do it! If you feel like eating eat something like veggies, some protein bars, some fruit!! But eat plenty of it ok? Make healthy meals and enjoy them! It will be alright don't worry, also I LOVE TEA SO MUCH AND COFFEE!! (For tea I recommend you a Twinings one that is made with green tea and litchi, so good)
Thank you so much🤍 I'm so greatfull that this video got to such people. I'll try my best🤍 (thank you for the tea recommendations definitely trying those)
@@jnelghsoghn i swear y'all are too sweet🥹 i hope my channel will grow out of this and become something more and you all could stay too. I hope in some other universe I'm something that can help people 🤍
omg i love the shatter me series too!! wishing you the best! i suffer from an ed too and I know how hard it is to eat and how EASY it is to fall back into the same destructive cycles. I go 5 months eating just fine, then summer comes along and its BAM back to restricting. it's so so so draining but keep going and keep taking care of yourself, you deserve to nourish your body! i hope we both recover fully xx
Up next: “ugh why did I binge I have no willpower waah :‘(“ These diets only work in short term. Long term with these “diets” you will put up twice as much weight, because you can’t outsmart your body and its signals. Get a proper meal plan and don’t waste your time
I know what you mean and that's not a nice way to tell people. Eating disorders are mental disorders and not weight disorders. I honestly tried my whole best to get better but honestly I don't even want to try anymore. The guilt and the pain i feel after eating even an okay meal is worse than starving
@@loevly_ I’m telling you what I needed to hear 10 years ago when I’ve started dealing with this shi but no one was talking about long term effects. It’s not “nice” because it’s realistic. Disorder is messing with your brain but having poor diet choices devoid of needed nutrients makes it even worse, esp when you go lower than your basic metabolism (1200-ish). Seek help before you start experiencing chronic consequences like I do
What you’re saying is undoubtedly true, but it helps to express it kindly, for this predicament is really based in OP’s mind and cannot be easily swayed
Actually our bodies burn more than 1k for simply existing and aside from my harsh intense workouts i do alot of chores around the house and i walk about alot!
