For many community sector organisations, surveys are an important way of informing service delivery design, client feedback, and evaluating their work. Surveys offer a mechanism for voices to be heard, and that’s important in our sector.
In this meeting (recorded on 14 March 2024), Rose Ahearn joins us to talk about effective survey design and methods, and how creating surveys with intention can make all the difference to the data you can collect and impact you can measure.
Practical resources, guides and tips will be shared in the session to improve the way community organisations can design surveys and collect high quality client feedback of programs and services.
