Ingredients:
Omelette:
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp onion or shallots, diced
- Salt
- 1 tbsp ground beef
Bistik Sauce:
- 50g or 1 medium bulb Onion, diced
- 1 tsp or 1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 100g Chicken, cubed
- 100g Ground Beef
- 100g Vegetables of Choice
- 1/4 Carrot
- 1/4 Cauliflower
- 2 Green Beans
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 3 tbsps Chilli Sauce*
- 3 tbsps Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Water
- A pinch of Salt, or to taste (optional)
- A pinch of Sugar, or to taste (optional)
- Garnish with Spring Onions
*The regular chilli sauce that you find in Singapore and Malaysia are the sweet variety. A great alternative would be Thai Chili Sauce. Add a teaspoon of sugar if using Sriracha, since Sriracha tends to be spicier and not sweet.
