Diabetes can be one reason, dieting as well, but there's also numerous disabilities that prevent sugar from being digested properly. It doesn't mean people stop enjoying food or flavors. Sugar-free honey is an imitation honey, that is made with ingredients that are not traditionally used to make honey. The one she uses is made with Allulose, which is derived from fruits, it doesn't affect blood sugar or insulin levels.
This is going in the weekly recipe rotation!!! Man that looks good. Brown rice every once in awhile never hurt either. (Update...had for lunch..delicious!!! Added chopped peanuts on top:))

Omg! I watched this yesterday and made this for my lunch today. Not only was this easy to make but soo tasty! I put it over cauliflower rice. Awesome for lunch or dinner. Thank you so much for these easy and great tasting meals.

That's like a lettuce. I get lettuce. I cook the coleslaw with the turkey meat. Add my breads amino acid and my coleslaw pack. I add me a little chicken bouillon with it and seasons and it's a wrap. This is one yummy meal that I could eat every day all day. So this is what I am going to make me without the rice and just use lettuce and wrap that up in the lettuce. Yummy! Try it! I'm going to follow this. I bought a lot of coconut amino and never know when to use it. Initially I was mixing it up with coconut nectar and thought it was a sweetener substitute instead of soy substitute.
🙋 For people who dont know, sugar-free honey is unadulterated honey with no ADDED sugar or corn syrup substitute. It's still sugar, but it's not posing to be healthier; thats just how they label certain brands for purity of TASTE. It's not meant to be a dietary thing, guys.
I love that that looks delicious. I’ve made eggroll in a bowl. I actually use breakfast sausage my mom uses breakfast sausage when she makes it.
