I made my breakfast French toast without eggs nor dairy and it was so delicious 😊 I don’t miss egg anymore ~

Ingredients
4 - 6 thick slices of vegan bread (See my bread recipe!)

Vegan egg mixture
1 cup dairy free milk (+1/4cup if needed: 250 - 300g, I used almond milk)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 tablespoon corn flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon black salt powder (Kala Namak : this adds egg like taste)
pinch of nutmeg
vegan butter (For frying the toast)
toppings : vegan butter, frozen blueberries, maple syrup, cinnamon powder and powdered sugar
