@@mr.b.3633 Crazy to think two different investigation teams reached a different outcome with all the information. There is clearly stuff not released in this case and both parties went with the lost verdict and sadly died. It's been six years since this happened. A lot of information on RU-vid and other places are people guessing etc. The initial investigation had all the evidence. The Dutch one is one I'd go with and if they felt it was an accidental then internet people aren't going to be correct no matter how many videos are out there.

Why would anybody burried only some parts of the bodies? Why would anybody who did anything bad to them leave their personal things including digital camera on the spot? Doesn't make sense at all. There was no foul play. It's sad but simple.

Oui, c'est sûr. Ça fait quelque chose de pouvoir mettre une image sur une telle affaire. Pour répondre à ta question, je publie des articles sur internet. J'écris sur CamilleG blog (qui n'est pas mon blog) camilleg.fr/le-projet-el-pianista-sur-les-traces-des-disparues-du-panama-1/ . Pour l'instant, j'ai publié 3 articles mais je pense en publier au moins un autre pour approfondir encore plus le sujet. Et bien sûr, après le prochain voyage, il y aura encore d'autres articles. Pour les vidéos, je vais essayer de produire une vidéo entière du sentier (et au-delà) qui fera au moins 6h (histoire de donné une idée de la réalité du sentier à tout le monde) et je vais tenter de faire une vidéo type documentaire.

J'ai prévu de retourner au Panama, et cette fois cela sera pour entre autres, chercher le lieu des photos de nuit. Filmer, photographier à 360° les lieux, et les marquer aux gps. Cela ne sera pas une mince affaire, mais cela sera mon objectif. J'attend de réunir assez de budget et d'équipements pour faire ça.

Exactement, j'ai également pensé qu'elle se sont faite kidnapper et qu'elles ont réussi à s'échapper mais étant épuisées et déboussolées elles n'ont jamais pu sortir de la jungle. Et je suis d'accord avec toi que c'est tellement mystérieux que ça en devient obsessionnel et que quelle que soit la théorie, ya toujours quelque chose qui ne colle pas.

Oui, c'est vrai que tout semble se conterdire... et le manque de rigeur dans l'enquête n'aide pas. Les logs d'appels semblent conterdire la théorie de violence, mais le 'backpack' propre est un élément vraiment bizarre.

Espescially alone. The girls were a lot with other people (like with guides, host families, other tourists etc). With that, its quiet safe. They also mostly went to safe well known locations (touristic hot spots). But after a first dare (when they missed their bus to Boquete ,and a local guy said (at the night!) 'come into my car, i drive you to Boquete' and all went good (even when they were afraid in his car) , they got more self confident, to go alone everywhere (they felt secure in Boquete because of that experience with that cardriver to Boquete). Indeed in Boquete we see a different behavior of both girls, as the fotos show : they are more less touristic attractions anymore, and they are not in company with other tourists or guides , but mostly alone. And because even then everything went right - they got even more confident, to go alone in the jungle. I dont think it was third party involved in their hike to El Mirador. But the problem was really: they were to confident, while they had zero experience with hiking. Not only that: they were also super unprepared for that 5-6 hour hike - not a single raincoat, no food, no first aid kit, no hiking map of that area .. hell even their phone were only 50% charged before the hike! With that mindset they literally begged to get lost in the jungle and dying of starvation. To be honest , they would very likely did better if there were really a third party involved. Because those people would know "ok we demand a ransom.. maybe r**e the girls .. and then let the girls go after the ransom" ... The chances of surviving that, would be even bigger. But nature is much more unforgiving than a criminal. Most people just dont know how deadly a jungle can be. Thats why 90% of the internet stick with the third-party-theory in this case , even when there is a lot of contradictionary facts on the third-party-theory. I dont say, criminals doesnt exist in Panama ... Panama really has a problem with criminals - i know that. But this case just doesnt look like a criminal case. In my opinion.

If it's just 20 meters in the vegetations, there is no problem hearing someone screaming. However if you are further in a river, the chance of hearing something is pretty low. Also, if you have been screaming for hours hoping someone would be near, you would have no voice when someone actually comes by.

Je ne pense pas qu'elles soient parti avec le chien, et même si c'était le cas, cela n'aurait été que brièvement. On l'aurait vu sur les photos sinon.

@@Romain_C fais gaffe svp il ya beaucoup de corruption là bas et tt de paye... c la loi du silence qui reigne ... et les natives connaissent bien ce qui s'est passé exactement .. sois méfiant.. surtout... car il ya du trafique dorgane... et des dileurs de drogues.
