100% agree, every time I see a "best build to get into dlc" video I can't help but laughing, who is going to use vanilla weapons 15 minutes into the DLC? 😂

@raykael A build is more than just what weapon u wield man, The stat-distribution is very important. for example, having balanced/diverse stats which will allow you to wield those new DLC weapons you find.... (which was what a few of my builds in this video focused on)

@@SoulKingsss the stat distribution is 100% useless, we don't know stat requirements and scaling yet, we don't know what we are going to like and dislike, we don't know what talismans are going to be available and how the new and more interesting weapontypes are going to interact with existing talisman. We're going to get in the DLC blind, find a weapon that looks cool, try the moveset, fall in love with it desperately, run to Rennala, respec, rebuild and go on with it. The build you're getting in the DLC with has basically zero relevance, even more so if you think that the only 2 shardbearer you need to defeat to get there are both cheesable as hell (mohg even has a glitch to be instakilled without even fighting). Don't get me wrong, I understand that a content creator has to live in the upcoming 2 weeks. I'm just telling you how I see it. I think it would be more interesting a videoguide that shows how to quickly and safely create a new character from scratches, get it DLC ready (requirements, so kill the shardbearers that need to be killed and be ready to get to the DLC as soon as it drops) while spending less upgrade material possible and having ready a sizeable amount of them, a good amount of heal, while leaving as much as possible of the remaining of the game to complete so that after the DLC is over we can go back to the main game with the new, cool and upgraded DLC weapon and have fun with the rest of the game with them. Personally the best I managed to do is a new level 120 character with enough somber stones to straight upgrade a somber weapon from 0 to +10, enough regular smithing stones to upgrade a regular weapon to about +21, 4 talisman slots, 13 flask charges, without having killed Morgott yet (so basically half game left, more or less, haven't finished Leyndell).

I say Ordovis... its not entirely holy, still physical dmg too. plus its Weapon Art slaps toooo hard.. can always pick up new faith weapons within DLC 🔥🔥⚔⚔

Nah they have even more options for Europe! You can buy DLC from them right now for cheap. Its only digital yeah but they work on Playstation, Xbox, and Steam. Its all good for everything. Game Codes work everywhere (Btw be sure to enter their free giveaway...good chance of winning a free game)

They are based in Europe so tbh they are better for EU people compared to USA ppl anyways

Lvl 199: (if your lower level go for lower on some main stats) Ok build is: Hp:60 Mind:15 End:30 (for heavy armor) Dex: 14 (able to wield the weapons) Str: 55 Int: lowest possible for me 10 Faith: 33 (for golden vow and howl of shabriri and for a weapon) Arc: 55

The main weapons are: Maria executionor blade, mohg spear and bandit curved swords (2) Ok now first is Maria executonor build: Talismans: shard of alexander, Winged sword insignia godfrey icon and last one is your choice: ritual sword talisman or magic scorpion charm : oneshot build buffs howl shabriri and golden vow and potion: magic tear and hardtear i think

Now I will tell you the bandit curved swords build: 2 bandit curved swords 1 talisman for buffs Armor: white mask varres mask (idk the name) And bandit jumping armor piece(search up boost jumping attacks armorpiece cuz I forgot name) Talismans: lord of blood exultation, rotten winged sword insignia ,claw talisman and ritual sword talisman Ashes of war: for blood resistant use cragblade on both of the swords and for non resistant use seppuku on both Buffs: howl of shabriri and golden vow Enjoy broken build

And for mohg spear the build will be: Headpiece: white mask Weapon: mohg spear and any talisman to buff Buffs: golden vow and howl of shabriri Talisman: shard of alexander, fire scorpion charm, lord of blood exultation and ritual sword talisman Wonderous physik: fire tear and I think stance dmg tear
