Visit www.ihealthtube.com Chris Kilham discusses some of the many key benefits of eleuthero root, previously known as Siberian ginseng. He also explains how it's an adaptogen and not a form of ginseng, hence its name change.
Kilham is a national treasure. If one has been unwell with multisystem health deterioration for a long time eg long-term sequelae of medical "treatment" such as chemotherapy - there is hope in medicinal plants; but one has to do the work of learning to use herbs, by oneself.
It's been three years since you made the comment here and I'm wondering if you still followed up protocol and if it still helps you or if you have found something new and if so could you tell us what it is please
@@gardensofthegods I am no longer in daily work out mode. Taking eluthero and just working on a computer leaves me a bit anxious most of the time. I have tinnitus and discontinued the use of Ginko. I replaced that with multiple mushroom extracts from mushroomshen.com. I really loved the promising positive anti-depressive properties of good Rhodiola. Unfortunately of the two strain types on the market, one of them was not working well with a blood pressure medication I was put on Metoprolol 100mg. I currently use
1/2 teaspoon of Chaga extract, 1 tsp of Red Reshi extract, 1 tsp Lions Mane and 1/2 teaspoon of He Shou Wu every 2 or three days. The superoxidedismutase in Chaga is interesting. Works with red blood cell repair. I also use Kratom in small doses 2x a day and smoke some marijuana but not a ton.
what he said about milk thistle is true, except there is an experiential effect of milk thistle, especially if toxins were in the blood or someone was having a hangover.
gardensofthegods; this is the only supplier i have found. strictlymedicinalseeds.com/product/eleuthero-spineless-eleutherococcus-senticosus-potted-plant-organic/ $26. Might be a good opportunity to get into the business as competition and sell your own potted shrubs. I wonder if bare root transport isn’t possible. It’s a great sounding plant. Hardiness zones 3-7.
You are already dependent on the right foods to get all your vitamins and minerals, water to take a bath and drink, fresh air to breathe, etc... the list goes ON AND ON!!! So why the hell would ANYBODY in their right mind care if they become "dependent" on herbs?
Why? Were all going to die anyways. Is it so if the worst case scenario happens like a nuke goes off that you can live off your Pranayama because there is no food to go around? I think that's a bit paranoid, but then again, that's only my opinion.
