Agree 100% nobody should be cooking with any liquid oils that have been extracted from their natural state. Saturated will always be safest and ancestrally appropriate. Tallow, lard, ghee, butter, coconut oil. These are what humans ate for eons being disease free.

Not a bad idea. So many foods contain oil; we can eat that whole food and get our oil that way. Whoever came up with the idea of extracting oils and fats, I don't know, but I'd like to have a talk with him or her.
