What a fun strength workout. You always motivate me to workout and you make it fun. Question: when we do the arm across the body stretch, is there a reason we do not hold arm with other arm? I've noticed that other online workout leaders have also stopped holding arm - perhaps due to possibility of over stretching shoulder? Thanks for your question. The reason why I started doing it was because when I used the other arm it was interfering with my mic. Plus I find that as I gotten older it is easier to do. Less strain trying to pull the other shoulder.
