For any manager you don’t know what’s going on if you aren’t told or they aren’t telling HR. Managers are removed from employees a lot because managers generally can’t see their employees as friends and a lot of people fear their boss or their job and they don’t speak up ESPECIALLY sexual stuff the shame stuffs it down. So it is possible she didn’t know. Some people are two faced at work. You do get inklings about people sometimes though. Her apology was not satisfactory to me as a viewer she barely spoke about it openly and made jokes. Not good.

This is my opinion but I want u guys to hear me out. All of us have worked on job where the Manager is always busy so he has supervisor who he or she trust n that is who we see n work with all the time. But how many times r those supervisor ass holes and fucking rude as hell? Maybe like 90%. But as soon as the manager comes back, they r perfect little angel and if the manager asks hows everything n everyone? The supervisors say "perfect, we all love each other and love working here" and how many times have we been scare to speak out bc the supervisor might say we r lying. I think the interns where so scared of losing their job, they never spoke out n the supervisors or the higher ups, always hid the bad stuff from Ellen, just want to make u guys think bc i see a lot of people say a lot of shit but with no evidence
