Just look at this guy! I am a straight man, but I am here sitting in absolute awe of his looks. I have never seen any man look as absolutely PERFECT as he does! What are the chances of a man so handsome, charismatic and talented on this planet? One in 7 billion. Even when he was heavier and sick in the years that were to follow this press conference, his good looks and dynamite voice followed him. And that electric, dare I say supernatural presence that he harnessed. When an atheist asks me for proof of God, I tell them to go and look at Elvis.
OMG Luke, you are and seem wonderfully hilarious and I do think that I Maybe understand what you're talking about and I am a straight Caucasian girl but I think I understand you dude lol. There was something very translucent and transcendent and just blank blank magical that one would think that if there is a God that this God selected a good example from what one could think this person would be a good manifestation of it
It is amazing that despite everything he accomplished, he retained his humility and modesty. I have always loved him, since the age of four. I hope he is at peace, and, if I get into heaven, I look forward to seeing him.
I was born in 1930 and I remember going to just about all of Elvis's concerts what an amazing man he was.i can still remember the day I shook his hand.i never washed that hand since and that was back in the sixties.gosh I loved elvis
Elvis was a beautiful man but he had the Saddest blue eyes I ever saw on a man. ,,,but very spiritual. I loved hearing him talk a watch his expressions on his Gorgeous face.
I was at the garden and saw elvis on 6-2-1972 at the afternoon show at 2:00 and oh yeah he put on one fantastic show still have the ticket stub from that show he had the lights turned up so that he could see us what a humble and gracious man unlike entertainers of today
send him in the Hampton Coliseum seen him in Madison Square Garden seen him in Nassau Coliseum I had tickets to see him on August 23rd in Nassau Coliseum the year he died he died
I made a mistake about the date that I saw Elvis at the Garden. It was 6-10-72. Sorry about that' It was so long ago I just forget the exact date. Hope this cleared everything.Tupelo Miss
agreed. Elvis was always quite shy and maybe a bit nervous in public when he wasn't singing, he was extremely polite and respectful to the journalists here, many modern performers are contemptous and totally full of themselves in situations like this.
Such amazing talented humble man. Elvis never would put any one down he was a beautiful person he cared about people... God bless Elvis love him so beautiful gentle soul ..❤️❤️❤️
If I were on the other side of fence I'd be chasing Elvis, one handsome man and a genuine person. We all have our problems no-one can throw stones. RIP Elvis you'll always be in our hearts & minds. Long live the KingPity entertainers these days don't have the same views on politics, "I'm just an entertainer"RIP Elvis you'll always be in our hearts & minds. Long live the King
He was confident and looked great here , the early 70's were best for him. He should have played overseas and toured as he wanted to , and Colonel Parker should'nt have been a crook the way he managed Elvis Presley.. Took 50 percent of his earnings , so not on. Elvis had Charisma and was Handsome and Talented , glad he shared that with us his fans . Elvis was'nt dumb he just needed more good , honest people managing him. Long Live The King Of Rock 'N Roll !!!
Elvis is the story of America. Started as a rebel, became world famous for standing for something new, and ended up a bloated, glittering imitation of himself. I still love him.
I loved his expression s on his handsome face when he was talking a loved his smile a laugh ,,,, Elvis never forgot how he was raised or where he came in fact I believe in my own personal opinion he couldn't handle being the big I con he became a it never really did sink in he was so blessed a wealthy. ,,,but it did not make him live a happy full filling life.
it wasn't his clothes or the style he dressed that made this man so special it was his voice a heart a soul that made Elvis the most unforgettable man in the 20 th CENTURY. nobody will ever top his voice or looks he was really Something Else,,,,,, so awesome remarkable a unforgettable.
It was the style then. He was an absolutely gorgeous man that was unique, but also fashionable. With him passing away in the 70s, his common image has been frozen in this genre. His life is so tragic, he had so much to offer, but he was suffocated by bad management and poor representation of him as an artist and human being. I’m enamoured with him and he was dead before I was even born.
couldnt make out all the questions, but it seemed they continually ask his opinion on other people and issues, but he chooses not to critisize others...a quality few entertainers nowadays choose to do
Dolcissimo....uno sguardo pieno d'amore...ma qs Uomo è un dono di Dio....disponibile ad ascoltare a rispondere con affabilità Che meraviglia....!!! ....
His comment on this interview about independent writers was the truth- Elvis gave me and Richard McGibony a chance to send him some songs which he told us he might record some of them. Elvis had finally started on the tracks but never finished the master tracks before his death. I eventually recorded and released those songs that were on hold by Elvis.
He didn't like to talk about his personal life did you see a catch on the look on his face a the way he shif his eyes when they asked him was Priscilla w him.
he couldn't hear properly because the reporters were not using microphones and were quite a distance from the podium. I couldn't hear them properly either.
Elvis was not a conceited man in fact he didn't think he was that good too much at nothing but I believe he was a very gorgeous a God loving Emphany man. who loved deeply a was a pholisper of the world God a life.
@se455547 Blame the Colonel for that my friend. Elvis has stated several times that he would have loved to come over here to the UK and the rest of Europe. Love You Elvis, So much!! XxXxxXx
the colonel made sure song writers had to go thru him to get to elvis, unfortunatly this restricted elvis. choice. I f the colonel didnt get his cut it almost never happened,
Elvis seems to have trouble hearing. He keeps saying "I beg your pardon?". He could probably hear better if it wasn't for those planet of the apes side burns.
