My change: regular shaker style doors and drawer fronts minus the antiquing, tile floor to luxury vinyl flooring throughout the whole house for continuity, and gas stove. There isn't any cozy factor with this house. Make pool bigger. My favorite is the upstairs loft, that would be my master suite.
Definitely needs a cohesive flooring solution throughout, and as others have mentioned, PV, upstairs master suite with some slight reconfiguring of walls.

Nice place. Needs solar PV and some sort of Bar-b-que kitchen? I agree with up dating pool area. I would be tempted to create a theme with pool? Like a cave/grotto at one end with a slide ? water fall? Not much room for TV down stairs so I would add a BIG screen to the bonus room.. Love the fruit trees. Love to sit upstairs deck with coffee..
Not for anything Mike, I think I liked that $1.35 house more. The biggest reason being the gated neighborhood- that means HOA fees. The last thing I want is dealing with an HOA. As far as the things you’d change, for me it’s two things, I would put master bedroom upstairs, and get rid of the tile on the first floor- those 12x12 tiles stream 1980’s to me. It has potential though.
