Emotions are Best Scripted to Act Out 

I think one of the toughest lessons I've learned from this channel is no one really cares how you feel. You can't make anyone treat you the way you deserve to be treated. But you can definitely replace him....

My husband said something hurtful. Because of your advice I didn’t act out. I said ouch and moved on to a good, hard, level up work out. Stay leveled up ladies married or not.

It’s not so much about controlling your emotions as controlling yourself when you are emotional. You will not be able to control what you feel, but you CAN control what you do and say at that moment. You must make it a rule that you will never do or say anything when you are emotional. Don’t react. Don’t do anything.

Falling back emotionally will really mess with a mans ego. Even after you’ve been emotional in the past with him which is what he is used to. I realized I was giving away my power and I pulled everything back and only script out my baby voice when I want him to lower his guard then fall back, he will wonder what’s up with you and start offering to do more. Instead of letting men get you in your feelings control theirs and get what you need. Finessing literally means getting what you want by using DELICACY and skill. The delicacy being us filteringg what we say and do by controlling our emotional urges. Finesse your way to succes.

Don't take everything personally. Men don't know how to speak to women... they are not that smooth. Just let some stuff slide.

People tell me I’m a robot but the men I’m around are inspired by me. Know when to be emotional but NEVER stop inspiring men. It is like a bunny chasing a carrot, they will be entertained for the rest of their life.

She wanted to continue to call ME yelling and fussing. I do not understand. I answered her question and that was it. Why are you still on my phone. Go talk to your man. These men are not going to be honest and let other women know they are married or dating. So whatever he is doing on the side is a conversation between you and him.
