Empty apartment tour, plans and start of renovations 

Hey guys,
Long time no seen... I´m happy to be back. For real this time!
This year´s been pretty ruff so far, to say the least... I share some of that in this video, and also what my plans are for my new space moving forward.
Also, a huge shout-out to my landlord for being so helpful and kind during this transition. I´m beyond grateful!
