This 4-Week Weight Loss Challenge is just about over! This is the check-in for the end of Week 3. I am sharing my progress and tracking info over the past 7 days. I finally got over that cold and got back to doing the stuff (“Steph’s System”) that I KNOW works for weight loss. Check out my progress and let me know in the comments what you’ve been up to. I hope that you have made a step (or more) towards implemented I was still battling a stupid cold, so wasn’t able to do everything. But these next two weeks I plan to kill it!

Good luck on your weight loss journey. I too am on one now. you look so beautiful already. But I know it's how we see ourselves that matters. Talking along with that walking should burn more calories! That's not easy to do!. Seems like a great exercise for a vocalist. you must sing a little bit or alot! I sub I want to see your final results.

Thank you so much! And yes, you are right that it’s about how we see ourselves. And for me it’s also about health and wellness. At my age, being at an optimal weight is very important. I wish you the best on your weight loss journey and hope that I can inspire you to keep going! You can do this!! What strategies are you using to lose the weight?

@@loseitwithsteph I Workout and burn more calories than I eat!! walking mainly & stationary bike. sometimes treadmill. when I fall off my routine. I do not count my calories I just look at packaging for info & decide if I want to ride or walk extra calories to make up difference. So far since March I've lost 25 lbs. 227 to 202!! I know I can do better but oh well it the journey that matters at this point & as long as I as traveling it. things will work out for my good. I'm in my 60's!!! It's been yrs!! since I've been close to 200!! but this stomach says you are not done yet!! I'll release a video on my channel once I achieve the results I know I can reach with dedication & commitment!! Thank again for sharing you journey.

🥰😊👏I’m SO glad that I was able to inspire you! I absolutely LOVE how intermittent fasting works!! And when you add in the low-carb eating, walking, and water, that weight just comes all the way OFF!! Let’s go! 👍🏽. You can do this!!☺️

@@loseitwithsteph Wow, ok. So add in low carbs eating? I didn't do that before but I will certainly give it a try. So no potatoes, pasta...etc...

@@tinabrown6072 Exactly…also, no sugary drinks…read your nutrition labels and try to only consume 25-30 grams of carbs for 6 days a week and then have a little more carbs one day a week. Like about 50-70 grams. (Friday is my day for increased carbs… YAY FRIDAY!!☺️.

You're doing great! I am just starting my own weight loss journey and also doing intermittent fasting. My question is what kind of breathe mint can i use where it won't mess up my intermittent fasting? TIA

That is a great question! I don’t use breath mints, but use mouth wash when I feel I need it. What fasting timeframe(s) do you use? 16:8…20:4…?? I use both!

@loseitwithsteph I am currently doing the 16:8. I am a beginner. Mouth wash is not a bad idea, but it's a little inconvenient for me because I work the night shift in a casino. Thank you for the idea

Hi there! I did some research, and it confirmed what I thought. Your fast will be broken if you consume a breath meant. However, another suggestion I found (similar to the one I gave already) was that you could brush teeth (and tongue) when you are in a break. Have a great day and stay consistent with your fasting! ☺️
