Hi Steph! I am an avid walker. It is my go to form of cardio. I walk daily on my treadmill (where I live, we don't have sidewal😮😮😮😮). I have recently gone back to walking for 60 minutes every morning before the rest of the house gets busy. I love it. I developed my love for walking in my teenage years. I am currently 66. Trying to tackle my eating regimen at this point. I also have to incorporate light weights to work on my arms, chest and back and my tummy area. I have knee issues and I had a shoulder replacement back in 2022, so no shoulder work at all for me due to the implant that I have in my shoulder. On another note, your personality is so calming. Keep it going!

Thank you for commenting and for the compliment, Beverly! I’m glad that you discovered the joys of walking at such a young age! I wish I had known earlier…but at least I found it! I’m glad to hear that you recently started walking for 60 minutes early in the day. 60 minutes is definitely my sweet spot! Keep it up! I will be posting more low carb recipes, so hopefully that can help you with your meals. ☺️

Hi there! Thanks for commenting! I called it a secret because many people are under the impression that you have to do intense exercise to lose weight. The best kept secret is that walking is enough exercise to lose weight (according to my experience, and many others). Also, eating less worked when I was younger (under 40). But once you become more mature and go through hormonal changes, JUST eating less doesn’t always work.

Hi, eat less is NOT the answer to anything actually. You're supposed to eat the amount of calories your body needs in a day & that varies from person to person & depends on how active the person is. Just eat healthy & eat well. Walk everyday or do some HIIT workouts now and then. Eating less doesn't help anyone, eat the amount your body needs. Just an FYI, if you eat less, your metabolism just slows down, you won't lose weight long term, you'll just have lesser & lesser energy as time goes on.

@@RubyTsuki sweetie you can slice it and dice it however you want a caloric deficit is what will bring results.. no matter whether you are on ozempic or had weight loss surgery or the Leto diet or carnivore.. at some point you have to give something up…
