Summary:
Fluttershy is trapped in a place she doesn't recognize, trying to find her friends and figure out how she got there. She's being pursued by something... and all she knows is to be afraid of it. With what limited knowledge she has she tries to piece together what happened to get her to this place and why she can't escape it.

I don't think discord was the one that brought her there. I think that discord, unable to think of a life without Fluttershy, cast a spell or curse to never let her truly die. After years and years without her friends, she attempted to take her own life, however, she instead sent herself to some strange void, where she would relive her suicide over and over, the world slowly distorting reality from her simply stabbing herself to the madness you hear here.

Magpie, the author actually left a comment saying what this was about. Discord placed a spell of immortality on fluttershy so he could be friends with her forever. But as time went on and all her family and friends died, she grew to despise Discord. Flutters tried to commit suicide so she could be with them again and ended up in limbo. Not alive, nor dead. Forever pursued by the endless guilt and heartache that leaves her wanting to die. It’s really sad honestly. Being forever trapped in a world of nightmares with no friends. I hope she found a way out one day.

I can't believe that discord sent her to Limbo. I honestly cried when she was starting to beg discord to stop and she was crying. Honestly this story is sad and kinda of makes me want to reconsider shipping Fluttercord.

+Helana L Discord turned Fluttershy immortal without her consent because he wanted to keep her forever. However, after watching her friends and family die all around her she grew to resent Discord and wanted to figure out a way of killing herself so that she could be with her loved ones again, but instead of dieing she ended up in this terrible limbo between worlds on an endless loop, the feeling of guilt and anguish she felt for taking her own life was manifested in the form of dark fluttershy, constantly trying to kill her so that she can 'move on'.

I had a lucid dream just like this last night.....it felt like years until i woke up the next morning...but instead of scratching sounds it was...foot steps and very slow ones. And also I couldn't run...I was restrained. And I'm telling the complete truth about this too that night really sucked

+szabolcs herold (Zeroxzone) yes but also a lucid dream isn't something to see a doctor about. Neither is a lucid nightmare. But a lucid nightmare is almost simulation. I have a disorder where every dream I have is a nightmare. Because I was mentally and physically abused as a child hit and insulted. Eventually one of those hits had an effect. I forget what this disorder is called. It's not brought up to me that much. Accept for every night........never mind I'll stop talking about myself to people

SERIOUSLY THO. I’m in no way a part of the MLP fandom UNLESS theres a designated fan-group for the grimdarks. Because the authors who make those fanfics are seriously the most talented people ever and inspired me to write.

When I listen to these story's, I close my eyes and imagine it from the point of view of the main character. In this story it is fluttershy, so that's whose eye I was behind.

This was I think the first MLP fanfic dub I’ve listened to from you that actually TRULY stricken emotion. I could envision the setting, I could practically see and imagine Fluttershy running for her dear life, I actually teared up when she couldn’t remembered what Angel looked like. Everything felt like it could be experienced and it pictured her state of confusion so incredibly well. Bravo!

Lost Narrater you're my most favourite reader for grimdarks ever u make me get chills when I listen I always look forward to when ur next grimdark will be and ur other readings 😀 It's a game a game of escape a game she'll never win the evil fluttershy says what the good fluttershy thinks and when the evil fluttershy kills her then she restarts to when she first got sent there and everyone knows that discord loves his games he's messing with her mind to see if she can escape and all she wants to do is see her friends again I think discord is watching her evert move anymore else think that?

i think- that Flutter's "tried to join her friends" after they all died, and Discord trapped her while Trying to save her life. now she's in limbo, or in her own head because of Discord constently being chaced by her own Desire to Die :>

Monchie. There's a powerful being named discord. He was destroying Equestria but feel in love with Fluttershy. He messed the world up, but left protective magic over Fluttershy making it impossible for her to die.

Flash: This story was horrible, didn't say why the other 5 die. Twilight: One of the worst stories, Lost did a good job of narrating, but it didn't help the story Neon Lights: Weak story, terrible plot, lame ending Fluttershy: I don't get how I died, nor do I really care. A lot more could've been done.
