From a registered dietitian’s perspective this kind of diet (short term) should never be done cuz its fad and you tend to gain the weight afterwards and even more but this is probably isnt the worse 3 day diet you can do (i’ve seen videos of girls only eating a few boiled eggs a day with no other food so basically starving themselves nutritionally) I’d like to suggest a few changes you can make to the diet though. This diet could be slightly altered so instead of bananas you can eat honey dew (less sugar content) 1 banana is 14g sugar (give or take) honey dew is 11g for a serving of 135g. This also means you have a higher water content food. Honey dew also provides you with Vitamin C (51% of the reccommended daily intake), fibre, and Potassium. Also, Make sure almond milk that you drink is UNSWEETENED since that gives you extra carbs/sugar I’d also suggest making your own at home but not everyone could afford to due to lack of time, money, etc. Anyways drink at least 3L of water daily to get rid of water retention. Eggs everyday can cause slight bloating so for that I suggest green tea and exercise for at least 20 minutes a day nothing too intense tho just walk if you can...cuz with this diet, you may feel a bit brain fogged and exhausted due to lack of energy Add one-two cucumber with the meal for vegetable intake or a bunch of lettuce because two egg might not be fulfilling for those who have started such a HARSH diet suddenly. Your body simply cannot function of this alone. ADD CELERY, CUCUMBER, and LETTUCE. And overall, this diet should not continue for more than 3-4 days since you are too low on calories you may feel lightheaded when/if you exercise not to mention you ARE slowing down your metabolism loves. The way the body works is when you eat too much, it stores it for fat long term in case you starve. So when you starve yourself your body starts to burn fat but as soon as you eat anything your body will hold on for dear life to that because it thinks you will starve it once more and immediately stores it as glucose and later, fat. So its a yoyo diet basically

Ok I'm really determined this time, so I'm going to do this diet and for a week. After this quarantine, I gained 3 kg and I wanna lose them. Day 1: 57,4 Day 3: 56,9 Day 5: 56,3 Day 7: 55,7 I know that I still didn't get back to my weight, but I'm really really proud of myself and happy with those results!! I've dealt with an eating disorder for 5 years now and I see all this girls who want to lose weight at any cost, torturing themselves when they have the perfect body. Yes exactly and I wish you all the best and I guess it must have been hard dealing with eating disorders, and I hope you are alright. I've NEVER starved or been on a diet before. I wish everyone could appreciate their body types since like u said, it's the only body they have and they shouldn't ruin it.
Villainøus Extremity I hate when people say you’re trying to get attention by sharing your relapse or any weight(s). We need to be more open about what is an unhealthy weight and not realistic for a long life. I was 5’6” and 87 pounds I almost died And I’ll keep saying that because it’s my lifelong struggle. If someone can say they’re overweight, I can share mine as well. Don’t be ashamed or burdened by another person’s anxiety surrounding numbers.
@@so._.anyways I understand your point and the only reason why I deleted what my weight was is cuz I am concerned that it might trigger someone's attention to have an eating disorder or body dysmorphia. I know a lot of girls are struggling and staying empty with ED. I personally never had ED myself and I'm 160 cm and 45kg (which is a healthy weight for my height but I would like to be about 50kg). Also I wasn't seeking for attention. I was just being a nice and supportive person and this person immediately was being abrasive and rude to me for no reason.
I almost have the same height as you (170cm) and im currently at my heaviest (70kg). I used to weigh 60kg but i kind of let myself go during 2021. Gaining 10kg in a year had me so discouraged so im going to try this diet along with some exercise! I wont be starting the diet right away though because im trying to fix my binge eating habit. As soon as i've worked on that, i'll update back here! CW: 70kg Minimum GW: 68kg (aim something small for now) Main GW: 55kg Day 0 - none so far as this is my day 0 as soon as i found this video

Please don't try this diet because calorie requirement varies from person to person and moreover if you eat less calories than you do your metabolism slows down and as a result, even though you think you loose weight at first you'll gain back even more weight if you go back to your normal diet.

You don’t have to do this to yourself trust me balance is the key, the results will remain if you are invested otherwise you ll always go back to your bad habits at a worst starting point 🥺
