[Eng Sub]All Nippon Airways Flight 391 Failed To Land (Tailstrike) 

On January 21st, 2002, at 11:53, All Nippon Airways Flight 391 failed to land at Hakodate Airport and caused the tailstrike. How did this happen? I am going to explain based on the investigation report.
