Running stock Si ECU right? The gear ratios are different between the Si and CV2. That might be something to it. As I’m typing this, you mentioned the speed sensor, you’re running a FK8 box or CV2 box? Either way, Accord and FK8, 1~4 same ratios, 5th, 6th and final different. Reach out to Eman, he created a box that plugs in, normally used for the Pfitzner gearsets, but he might be able to program it with the stock gear ratios of whatever box you have to play nicely with the Si ECU.
