Ingredients
Frozen mackerel - 2 pcs. (1 kg)
Salt - 1.5 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp. without a slide
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Onions - 2 pcs. (large)
Dill - bunch
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
For pouring:
Water - 300 ml
Vegetable oil - 80 ml
Lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp. (adjust to taste)
