Ingredients:
- 500 grams of bread flour
- 2 eggs
- 160 grams of sugar
- 140 grams of water (warm)
- 20 grams of fresh yeast (in winter it can be more)
- 50 grams of lard for the

- 200- 300 grams of lard to spread the ensaimada
- Powdered sugar to decorate
