You will have good and bad days, but it takes a lot of work to have a bad adventure! Enjoy the ride! Also, strict timetables are not a sailor's friend...

How are you liking the inner forestay and staysail? Do you find that the mast pumps without the running backstays? I have a similar setup, but without the running backstays and haven't had a chance to try the staysail with any good sized waves yet.
