Recipes For Parsi Food 

Ok but why parsis are not allowed others to enter fire temple there is any reason or just community practice

@parse irani thanq for your information. I am a mechanical engineer but i use to read about parais and Jews.initial days I shocked some facts about parsis. The first india cricket team 11 members are parsi. Army generals to aif chiefs.ecnomist to lawera. Homi baba to space scientists.

There are Parsi associations in NY, NJ and PA who hold functions occasionally where you can get Parsi food. Or contact me if you want some homemade Dhansak.

But you guys kicked all of them out and replaced them with Mullahs, India saved Parsis when they had no where to go.

I am a non practicing Zoroastrian and I can tell you that not only is it shocking to see Mumbaikars make this blunder, but I have seen Parsis do the same! LOL

@@fabumaful Because Fire is not a sacred element.There is no need of fire to before The God...God don't need such ridiculous things like food,fire etc....And one thing more just because the old religions accepted the fire sacred and worshipped the fake Gods doesn't mean that they are right...GOD IS TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY UNLIKE HIS CREATIONS AND HE OBVIOUSLY HE SHOULD BE.....

Darius, you misinterpreted my words. I didn't say that Zoroastrians are wrong whatsoever. The host of that food show is the one who is "so wrong" by calling you all "fire worshipers", that is what I meant. I don't see God as something that can be divided and owned by anyone. To me, we're like fireflies which came away from a bigger, brighter light.

@@fabumaful That's what Parsi cuisine is. A mix of Irani and Indian cuisine. Remember, us Parsis came to India more than 10 centuries back. Of course the food has been assimilated. That's what makes Parsi culture so special and interesting. Like there are dishes which are more distinctly Irani in the sense they are direct relatives to modern Irani cuisine like berry pulao. Those are great too.
