I didn't have any symptoms until I was rushed through ER. Thats when mines was removed. Needed this, I've been having issues and now..diverticulitis , since my removal. I think it's all related.
1.No heavy meal ,no large portions ,no fatty , fried foods, mininum oil 2.Eat Rich in fibre foods 3.Use Psyllium husk 4.Not Too much sugar 5.Consume nuts and seeds 6.consume ACV 7.Use extra olive oil 8.Omega foods consumption 9.Exercise and good sleep
Luke it's been 13 yrs since I got my gall bladder removed....ever since I m having weight issues. Not that I'm obese but whatever I do can't lose those few kgs... could you clarify if it's related...at gain after gallbladder surgery
