I just woke up and holy shit, I'm stiff as a board. I had a full physical and the doctor said he was jealous of my testosterone levels. One girlfriend I had last year said, " you wearin my who ha out". Some reason I can go for hours. I excersize on daily basis and eat vegetarian buy only eat chicken and fish couple times week. I weigh a steady 190, 6ft tall. My first wife was taking birth control when she got pregnant my last wife couldn't get pregnant by her recent husband but with one lap around the block with me one night she was pregnant. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

I think this video was helpful to understand the chemicals that are able to stimulate the reproductive system. I had not learned about these till this video. I also was surprised that both of these not from the same nervous system.

Most people don't know the different branches of the nervous system involved in the process of arousal and ejaculation. This is good information to know, since we can't reproduce without a proper parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system.
In the end the video touched on a subject that can be quite sensitive I believe, the male inability to have an erection and/or an ejaculation and how this is most likely due to psychological issues. I think it is extremely important to talk about these types of issues and how for example depression and anxiety can affect the male reproduction system, and that it happens to almost everyone at some point in their life. My personal opinion is that this is not often a subject that is addressed, but it should be!
I enjoyed your video on erection and ejaculation. The way you explained the difference between both was very easy. I learned that a response for erection occurs from the PNS system. I learned that SNS system response to the ejaculation. I so learned that Phycological problems, like anxiety, depression can lead to problems between the two. You should use these types of videos in your online lectures.!
I remember briefly covering this topic in lecture but this video helps me to distinguish the two concepts more clearly by explaining the functions, nervous systems, and substances involved.
I found it helpful how you mentioned the rest and digest term. I think many of us limit the "rest and digest" term only to the gastrointestinal system, but we do not think about the other systems that use the rest and digest mechanism

Contrasting the two, was very helpful. At first, you would think that an erection would be due to a sympathetic response, but now it makes sense that it is parasympathetic as it is a smooth muscle.
