@@rayden79x53 Back when they went in the basement finally, Eren and everyone else basically found out that there are people outside the walls and these people actively hate them. So much so that they sent Reiner, Bertholt, and Annie to attack the walls and take back the Founding Titan(belonging to the royal family that Krista, the short haired blonde belongs to) which was taken by Eren’s dad Grisha(the Attack Titan before him) and later passed on to him. But essentially, Eren(with the power of both the Founding and Attack Titan inside of him) realized that the world hates his race(the Eldians) for there Titan powers and realizes that the only way for him and his people to survive is to wipe out everyone else. Not gonna spoil anything else so just watch this season bro.

@Mariana La he’s doing this cause at the end of the war he knows he’s going to lost but he also known the Marley and paradise has to work together to defeat him. And when they work together they will learn to not hate because what happen and what they did to each other but, to move forward and make a better life for the both of them (my opinion)

Well Eren attacked Marley to specifically to kill the Brass and the Higher Ups of Marley ( including Willy) and also asked Armin to destroy the Port..........because of Willy The Whole World was ready to attack Paradis anytime.......so to buy some time Eren attacked Marley specifically killed the Military higher ups ( if you see in the episode after transforming he directly went for the Commanders ) and destroyed Warships So that Paradis or I may say Eren can get time to Prepare when Marley attacks Paradis ( Another reason is Eren want to buy some time so he can execute his plan which includes Zeke)
