What I'm most impressed by is how well Coach Ray kept up with Ermes who is probably nearly 50kg heavier. Just goes to show how strong he really is especially for his weight category. Respect 💪

Crazy how strong devons pronator lift is. Ermes struggling with 67 kg (147.71) lbs. devons at 161.5 lbs. i think he can lift even more now.

11:27 called "backpressure exercise". Every arm wrestler does it, long before the hype around some "pronation lift" by Devon. "backpressure exercise" = pronation lift. The only difference is that Devon does it in a squat position. But doing this "pronation exercise" or "backpressure exercise" on the pulley system might be more realistic, because well... the exercise is done on an AW table...

@@dantu5100 the Pronator is indeed part of the wrist department with Cupping, Rising and Fingerstrength. Ermes is building a stronger wrist to get revenge on Devon and Levan working on all this exercises. Once he has built his wrist, everybody will be done, he will beat everybody.

Please forgive my lack of knowledge but what’s the purpose of the second exercice? Pronator or back pressure? I’m asking cause I thought pronator required a small inside twist of the hand but they seem to just do a lift with their bodies without hand movement.
