Tengo una impresora PIXMA MG5350 a la cual le ha salido en la pantalla un mensaje de erro U052 por lo que la impresora queda completamente inutilizada. El mensaje dice "El tipo de cabezal es incorrecto, instale el cabezal de impresión correcto". El coste de la impresora en noviembre de 2012 fue de 82,55€. He hablado con el Sevicio Técnico de Canon España en el teléfono 91 3754555 y me han dicho que tengo que mandar la impresora a un servicio autorizado de reparación (Madrid o Barcelona) haciéndome yo cargo de los costes de envío y que al estar fuera de garantía también correría con los gastos de reparación y materiales. Les comento el error y lo que indica la pantalla "El tipo de cabezal es incorrecto, instale el cabezal de impresión correcto" por lo que me recomiendan que el coste de reparación sería mucho más elevado que comprar una impresora nueva y me recomiendan que yo mismo compre el cabezal de impresión y lo sustituya ya que lo puede realizar el mismo usuario como el cambio de cartuchos. He comprado un cabezal nuevo QY6-0080 correspondiente con mi impresora cuyo coste ha sido de 93,78€ (les recuerdo que el coste de mi impresora en noviembre de 2012 fué de 82,55€) ya que tengo comprados cartuchos originales para mi impresora por valor de más de 100€ y no encuentro en el mercado ninguna impresora que acepte mis cartuchos. He recibido el cabezal de impresión y tras ponerlo y cambiar todos los cartuchos por cartuchos nuevos me sigue saliendo el error U052.
¿Me podrían decir porqué una persona del servicio técnico me hace dicha recomendación si no repara el problema?. Tras los gastos que me han ocasionado no me ofrecen ninguna solución.

I bought a new head QY6-0080 corresponding with my printer whose cost has been € 93.78 (I remind you that the cost of my printer in November 2012 was € 82.55) because I have bought original cartridges for my printer worth more than € 100 and I can not find any printer on the market to accept my cartridges. I received the print head and put it behind and change all cartridges with new cartridges U052 follows me out the same error.
Could you please tell why a service technician makes me such a recommendation if not repair the problem ?. After the expenses have caused me not offer me any solution.
